This job is all about top-notch verbal communication skills: your number one goal is to attract new clients.

Our clients – an academy of practical knowledge. The product to sell is business training programs.

Daily Tasks:

• Prospecting for clients in various parts of Europe
• Contacting prospects over the phone and email
• Creating a sales funnel with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software (provided)
• Following up with potential prospects
• Supplying clients with information related to specialized products

• Replying on customer inquiries
• Dealing with customer issues over the phone (outbound calls) and by email
• Providing information and advice about our product in a customer friendly manner

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Impeccable English verbal and written communication skills
• Professional but persuasive tone: able to make a fantastic first impression
• Very organized and responsible
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated: willing to learn and improve
• Ability to improvise under pressure
• Minimum high-school diploma
